Established in 1999, Summits of Hope is an officially registered not for profit association and an official partner of the BC Children's Hospital Foundation. Summits of Hope raises money for BC Children's Hospital and funds some of the best research in the world to help improve the quality of life of sick children, and educate and provide care for those children who need it most.
Dr. Gerrard is a proud sponsor of Summits of Hope and supported the team of climbers before their climb to Everest Base Camp (November, 2010) providing Active Release Technique (A.R.T.), and chiropractic therapies. To the right is an image of the team a couple days into the climb.
